I absolutely love the Simple Overnight Leather Duffle Bag. The name says “simple,” but there’s nothing ordinary about the quality. The Chestnut leather is gorgeous—rich, classic, and the kind of leather that is only going to become more beautiful the more I travel with it.

The size is what really sold me. It holds everything I need for an overnight or weekend trip without the temptation to overpack, and I love having both the handles and shoulder strap depending on how I want to carry it.

It also looks incredibly polished. I can take it from the car to a hotel or onto a flight and it never feels like just another piece of luggage.

Oh my goodness!! I knew this was going to be a beautiful duffle bag but it’s even more gorgeous than I had thought!! It’s just the right size I need for an over the head bag on the plane. It’s built very study so I know it will take the beating of air plane travel. It also will fold flat enough to store in my check on bag when I reach my destination. And it looks like a million dollars!!! Smells wonderful! I love this bag!

I’ve been thinking of buying a Saddleback leather bag for over a year now and finally settled on a Love41 Simple Overnight Leather duffle bag in the dark chocolate brown. I was a little hesitant at first …..because the Love41 bag was not the same brand or have the Saddleback logo……but let me tell you the quality surpassed anything else I had looked at! I was pleasantly surprised that I could pack a whole weekend’s worth of clothes……2 pairs of jeans ….underwear…socks….pajamas….leather flip flops…..toiletry bag…..Patagonia 1/4 zip sweater….t-shirt….and Patagonia packable nano jacket…..all in this one leather bag! This duffle holds a lot of clothes! The leather is very heavy and all the brass hardware is sturdy and built to last! I compared it to the Doctors bag….and I think this bag is the better choice for traveling. I can’t wait to take it on board my next flight……knowing my old duffle was good ….but not as elegant or first class as this . This leather duffle makes you feel like your heading out on a safari…..or traveling abroad by ship or train! I still want a Saddleback bag in the future…..but this Love41 bag will be hard to beat for the price and quality you get! I would not have considered this bag if it were not for your “Thinning the heard” email! I’m glad I read that email and watched the “elephant video”! This was the perfect travel bag for a recent long weekend trip to Vancouver, BC CANADA. It stows under an airplane seat perfectly, the handles easily look over a carryon handle, and the long strap left my hands free during my layover commute. It fit shoes, a few changes of clothes, and my toiletry bag perfectly, with room for a few snacks and souvenirs as well. Not only was it functional, but it was beautiful as well. I received multiple compliments on this bag just on my inaugural trip. Thanks Love 41 for another great design!

Love41’s new travel duffle is fantastic. I recently traveled for two weeks (four airports, two hotels, one apartment, a ferry ride, an Uber, and a truck ride) and it was my go-to bag on I carried on top of my roller board suitcase. It held all my need items. It is roomy, yet lightweight (one thing I deeply appreciated about my Love 41 bags) and highly functional. The zipper is fantastic—rugged yet soooo smooth and incredibly easy to open one handed. This is truly a game changing bag for travel—even my hubby admired it. I’m excited to see how my tobacco ages and patina’s too.

I didn’t think I would find a bag that would surpass my Love 41 backpack - but I have! This bag is everything I could have wanted. It is a superb quality, lightweight, large enough to fit everything I need for a long weekend and classically elegant! Every time I travel with it people stop and ask where they can get one. If you are considering this bag - buy it now - you won’t regret it!

Because I don't do too many weekend or overnight outing I decided to use (1) as my gym bag (daily use) and (2) as my Judo bag (twice a week) and of course on occasion I will use it as my weekender or overnight bag. In any case, I love carrying my bag around and receiving an occasional compliment.

This one checked all my boxes: well-made, good size, lightweight, simple styling--but w/ elegant finish/details, nice open interior space, not too many pockets (they tend to get in the way). Btw, the simplicity of the style-really "shows off" In chestnut leather.

I’m just finishing my trip from paris with this bag for the first time. I was a bit worried since it didn’t have a back sleeve to slide on the luggage handle but the handles on the bag fit perfectly and securely without falling off. I was able to slide it under my front seat on American Airlines and use it as a foot rest. It holds plenty. I was able to fit my pillow, purse, cosmetic bag, scarf, hat and plenty room to spare. Highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to purchase this bag!

This bag is awesome for a weekend getaway, tag it along with you to the airport, girl's weekend, gym, etc. It's lightweight and so practical.

The absolute best travel tote! I have looked for a very long time for the perfect travel tote and it was worth the wait. Love41 thought of everything one would need in a travel tote, plus their quality. I look forward to many excursion with this bag. Great size. Since receiving this duffle, I've been using it every time I go away for the weekend. It's a perfect size, not too big and not too little.
