    high hopes, poor service

    I had a saddleback bag and wallet. I decided to try this product, which is sold by saddleback through amazon. The wallet immediately ripped the first day I had it. I called to see if they would honor the "100" guarantee. I was very sad to find out they were not true to their word. They said I had to contact amazon, but amazon did not make the product nor do they promote a "100 year" guarantee on all their products. I don't see why your service reps could not have helped me with a defective product I got from your company. I don't know if I will ever do business with this company again. To bad I do like you products, but now I know not to trust your guarantee.

    Best wallet I’ve owned

    I got this wallet in the tobacco color back in 2012 and it is still kicking! This wallet has truly been the best that I have owned, especially considering its compact size and low profile. I hate having a big a bulky wallet so this was %100 a game changer. The leather has worn beautifully, and every scratch and scuff adds so much to the character of this wallet. Quality leather leather and quality craftsmanship. Would definitely buy again.

    Review of small ID Wallet

    I tried this wallet and it is made of high quality leather. However, the ID window is just too tight to get drivers license in and out. I tried stacking 3 cards in it and even massaging the inside seams of the ID window for 2 hours (their suggestion). Even after a month, the window required hard yanking to get the license out. They even sent me a second one at no charge, and I had the same problem. The license does not (IMHO) slide out as shown in the tube reviews. I finally got tired of playing with the ID window, and went back to my Saddleback small bifold which is a far better wallet, and no bigger. Also, the ID wallet WILL bend your cards.

    Great wallet - lasting forever, but...

    I love this wallet, it's nice and small but holds everything I need it to. I've had it for several years, and it'll keep going for many more I'm sure. I'd buy another one though... if it had RFID blocking added somewhere. RFID credit cards are becoming ubiquitous and I see this feature on some of the billfolds here, but I wish it was integrated into something smaller like this wallet.

    Fantastic Quality!

    Had this wallet for 6+ years of daily use and it is in fantastic shape. There is no stretch at all like other wallets, and it has a perfect slim profile. Highly recommend
