Everyday Leather Tote

This is my favorite tote. The size is perfect for being highly mobile. Since I work in several sites its great to have a bag that looks better the more wear it gets. This tote holds everything well, from 15 inch laptops, books, lunch, and the interior pocket is perfect for pens.

I have always steered clear from tote bags as my arms are not slender but rather broad. Regular tote bags have the average strap drop and it’s just uncomfortable for me and feels unstable. Saddlebacks totes with adjustable straps literally changed everything within the tote bag world! I truly appreciate these longer straps! Effortless carry is everything! I chose this bag in dark coffee brown and let me tell you, it’s just gorgeous! The leather is so smooth and lucious! So practical, so elevated, so well done! No one does it like Saddleback!!

Sooooo excited to use this tote! I am a teacher and I have been looking for a nice durable tote to load up to go to and from school. It is high quality and I will have it forever. Especially love the front pocket in the front for my phone. It also has a little key strap inside. It’s everything I needed!!

Very beautiful dark brown leather bag. Well made. A couple of things that would make me love it more: zipper, magnet or snap closure at the top of the bag. Also, this really could come with a storage sack . These are not deal breakers- just thoughts. Love my new tote!

The outside pocket makes for quick and easy access, and the inside pocket helps keep all important essential items easy to reach and find.

I have gone through a ton of bags to carry my laptop, notebook and all the junk that randomly ends up in my work bag. I always buy bags that have lots of pockets to organize my "stuff" (previously identified as Junk) and make it easy for me to find my things. However, as I get older, I have come to appreciate simplicity. I saw this bag and I love the simple single opening, the built in handles and two straps. I love that there is ONE pocket inside for my phone, computer reading glasses (filtering out blue light mostly) and a couple of pens. The outside pocket is perfect for my tile to find all my stuff in the morning when I'm herding my children out the door. I love the smell - it makes me so happy. I bought the bag in chestnut and I have to tell you, this bag looks so elegant in it's simplicity and the quality of craftsmanship that I don't need all the "gold label" brand names on my bag. I've told everyone at work about it and there is definitely interest. My next purchase is the wanderer's bag but I may have to get that as a Christmas present. There's a duffle bag and another tote bag and I think I saw couple more love41 bags I should add to the list. Either way I'm definitely hooked on your bags.

The Leather Tote is a combination of a lot of great ideas rolled into one tote. The integrated handles seen on the Bucket Bag from Love41, make picking up the bag easy, adjustable shoulder straps seen on the Urban Tote, make for comfortable wear no matter what height you are, with the key lanyard, extra pockets seen on the Urban Tote and Moutainback Tote, all make for an organized and easy everyday tote. I'm excited about the bag being unlined so it will patina faster and the leather will become buttery over time. I plan on using this bag for my laptop and on busier days around town. The only thing that would have made this bag a bit better is if it had a closure. I'm not sure what kind I would like, but with a closure, I'd feel more confident taking it on a plane.

I have had my tote for about two weeks now and I absolutely love it. I got the chestnut color and am so in love with my tote. I have scratched it a little but have to get the balm for future scratches. I also like how thick the bag is.

Our family is always looking for a dependable bag that we can take to the store, school, the office, on the boath or wherever we go to carry all of our "stuff" and The Leather Tote is the perfect bag. The quality of the leather and its construction are apparent from the moment you pick it up, which gives us confidence that it will hold up to all of our adventures. The Tote was a gift for my wife and she loves that she can use this bag around the ball field as well as around the office. The long adjustable straps make it easy to carry and the handles make it easy to pick up. I really don't think there is a better tote out there that will hold up as well as this one and serve so many purposes.

I have been eyeing this bag for months and received it as a Christmas present. It is sheer perfection. The size is spot on for my needs and it looks great on the shoulder. I got the black tote and it is so rich, beautiful and is softening up nicely. I can’t wait to see how it looks and feels in a year. I only wish I had gotten one sooner. Now to get it in Tobacco...

Amazing heavy duty tote, I purchased it as a gift to myself for getting into nursing school and this bag has been through it all and it is still as beautiful as ever. It carries it all, and I stuff this bag to the brim. I have had it for a year now and no signs of it coming apart. It holds my Mac book with case, chargers for Mac book and iPhone, notebook, wallet, makeup, candy and water bottle. I also used it while traveling and I shoved my curling irons in it

I love this bag! It is the perfect size for carrying around personal stuff or my work stuff. With three pockets, I am able to keep my stuff organized within my bag and don’t have to dig and search for smaller items. Of course, the leather is beautiful and soft, as it always is with Saddleback. I love the dark color of this bag and all the fun details like the adjustable straps. After years of searching for the perfect bag, I know I will be using this one for many years to come!

This is my first Saddleback purchase but will not be my last. I ordered this bag in Chestnut. It is breathtaking and the quality is incredible. The leather is absolutely gorgeous. The pockets are just the right size and I love the key clip. The built-in handles are one of my favorite features. It smells incredible and the quality is very apparent. It is definitely worth the very reasonable price for a bag of this quality that will last a lifetime.

This tote may be my favorite purchase from Saddleback, yet. It is like the Goldilocks of bags... not too big, not too small, but just right. It's the perfect size to be my work bag. It isn't quite deep enough to hide my bigger laptop, but I can still grab the handles if I put it in there, anyway. Everything else (water bottle, files, smaller bag with items for overnight, snacks, etc) fits easily with no danger of pouring out, because the bag doesn't tip over as easily as every other open tote I've owned. The handles are soft and sturdy and what makes this my new favorite bag - so handy. Literally. So easy to grab quickly, especially from the passenger seat in the car.
I got the tobacco color, finally, and it's gorgeous. Can't wait to see how it patinas over the next 100 years.
