Front Pocket Leather ID Wallet

I'm very pleased with this wallet. It took about a week to break in; before that it was kind of tough to get my credit card in and out, but now it's easy to slide in and out. The construction is great, it's thin and comfortable, and I'm anticipating having this wallet for many years. It's the front pocket wallet, but I'm using it in my back pocket and it works great as a thin wallet.

Very nicely made. Very stiff when first arrived, but as they indicated it loosened up to fit my essential cards after about two weeks. I would definitely buy it again as it feels like it would last forever.

I'm 150% satisfied with this product.
It has 3 pockets that fits max 3 cards and a window card slot.

I bought this for my husband almost two years ago… I don’t normally leave reviews, but this wallet is beautiful and has only gotten more beautiful with a year of constant use! It is still a little difficult to get the ID in and out for ID checks, especially when the wallet has a little too much cash… but the wear of this wallet and its easiness to carry day-to-day make this a very minor problem! We both love this wallet and just ordered a different one as a happy spare!

Carried this wallet for 10+ years and love it. I've never had any issues with the stitching. My only problem was that the leather tore on one the pockets...after 10 years. This wallet exceeded my expectations so much that I bought a replacement.

I am blown away by this wallet. I have tons of interesting minimalist wallets made from various different materials. After a few years of using metal, nylon, and interesting elastic wallets, I wanted the feel of leather in my pocket again. I am so happy I decided on this wallet. I had heard about it for a while. Its breaking in slowly and I have no doubt it will serve me well. It feels like quality in my hands and I love how it smells. Its bulkier than some of my small cardholder wallets but I dont mind. Its not huge and my pockets still feel thin. I keep 5 cards and some cash in it for now and its perfect.

I have loved my front pocket wallet I ordered, geeze, 14 years ago! No doubt my favorite wallet and have used it every day!

Decided I wanted a new color and ordered one without scrutiny. Unfortunately for me, the wallet which when I ordered it, the money portion of the wallet in the inside did not fold open. I am a bit disappointed with the new design but I should have taken a closer look at it.

Overall still a beautiful and time tested design that will last forever with occasional care. I may give it a try or consider buying a medium bifold and seeing if it will fit in my front pocket.

As always, I am never disappointed with Saddleback products. The slimmer wallet is much better. A suggestion - my son and his wife just had a son so i am a proud grandpa. We kept him this weekend so they could go out. They have a very nice diaper bag/backpack but my first thought - Saddleback could design a great diaper backpack!! hmm.. guys? Probably just a few extra pockets etc. on your current backpacks??

Saddleback honored their lifetime guarantee and quickly sent me a replacement which I know have had for 8 years or so. Still in perfect condition. I purchased the Front Pocket Leather ID Wallet and the Medium Bifold Leather Wallet together as a one two punch when my old leather wallet called it quits. I use the Front Pocket Wallet as my daily driver. It's perfect, has my license and a couple of credit cards. It fits perfect in my front pocket and I can even stash a little pocket money in the middle. The color is darkening nicely. I've had it for about 6 months and waited to do a review after some usage.
Great product Saddleback Leather - I highly recommend it!

I've had my wallet for about 3 years now and it barely shows any signs of wear. The stitching is super strong and I've never had so much as a loose fiber come out of a stitch. The leather is thick, firm, and smooth with rich color. I use this as a 'minimalist' back pocket wallet; I find this to be perfect for a few cards and a little bit of cash, and I have no problem fitting three cards in each slot if need be. I'd buy another one if the need were to arise but, barring this one being lost or stolen I imagine this wallet will outlast me. I highly recommend this wallet!

Great wallet. Slim and not bulky

Sometimes things are a blessing in disguise. I lost my old front pocket wallet a couple weeks ago and was pretty bummed. Didn't hesitate to order another one from Saddleback. To my pleasant surprise when I got it the bottom is now sewn shut again like the original. THANK YOU!!!!! 5 stars.

The wallet is excellent ! But, The ID part was a Little too small for the New Texas Driver License ! The picture (where the face shows cut off half way) !

I love this wallet so much!! I bought the Tabacco collor version. The leather feels so good and has a nice dark patina. I love the open cash slot so much, I live in Belgium and my Euro bills fit in just fine! I also do keep some hidden money behind my drivers licence, great tip Dave ;) My wallet holds 8 cards and most of the time 6 bills of cash, no problems at all! My son is eager to get it from me, think I will buy one for him soon.

The wallet I had before this one was an old trifold wallet that was very well worn. It was an old one my dad used. I decided to use it when I started getting more cards and cash. I definitely didn't enjoy carrying it around as it felt very bulky even though I didn't have many cards or cash at the time. I usually forgot to bring my wallet with me which did become a problem sometimes, so I decided to buy a new one. What to get I didn't know, so I just watched a bunch of YouTube and searching, until I came across Saddleback leather. I wasn't blown away especially since it was 50 bucks but I liked what they offered. So I decided to get it since I needed a new one. Once it arrived I was excited, but it only got better. When I first used it I was in love. So slim, so good. Just grab and go. Nothing to worry about. Sometimes I even forgot it was in my pocket. Now I never leave the house without my Saddleback Leather wallet. Totally worth 50 bucks. That's it, just buy it. I can't promise you'll love it like I do, but it's stuck with me for over a year and it's gonna be that way for a while.
