Charles Spurgeon

Charles Spurgeon (1834-1892), known as the “Prince of Preachers, was a down to earth British pastor who very effectively preached to thousands each week and shaped evangelical Christianity permanently. I’ve read many of his sermons as well as his daily devotional, Mornings and Evenings and they impacted me. He deserved the honor of being painted preparing one of his teachings.

Nice large but refined briefcase for everyday use in going to the office. Like the color and build quality. Spacious inside and the interior pockets with flap covers are a plus.

Amazing craftsmanship

I can’t imagine a briefcase with better quality, craftsmanship, or functionality. I love the new Silverback Collection and the colors available. I chose the beautiful English Tan, and I’m looking forward to watching it develop into a rich, warm honey patina over the years.

The Gladstone opening is incredibly convenient and gives the briefcase a clean, timeless look while keeping the exterior simple and uncluttered. Inside, the pockets and organization are thoughtfully designed without being overly complicated. The medium-large size is perfect for carrying all of my daily essentials without feeling bulky.

If you’re looking for a premium leather briefcase that is built to last a lifetime and only gets better with age, I highly recommend the Spurgeon. Love it!

Never more excited to give a gift!!

I had the opportunity to purchase this bag as a graduation/send-off gift from our church small group to a young seminary student from our church as he finished his training and heads off to his first ministry position out of state. I told my wife, "Not since giving you your engagement ring have I been this excited to give someone else something!" This young man was such a gift to our small group and now he has something that will last his whole life and ministry and remind him of those sheep he cared for early on! What a great first step after the example of this bag's bearded namesake! 10/10!!

I have owned many briefcases in my 38 years as a lawyer - including several from Saddleback. The Spurgeon Briefcase is far and away the finest. The Italian leather is smooth and refined. When open, the case sits up straight allowing me to retrieve and deposit briefs, books, notebooks, laptops, travel brochures - whatever I'm carrying - with ease. The interior flap pockets allow organization while the clear exterior lines are preserved. Bravo Dave! A masterpiece! Thank you.

FABULOUS

im honored to be the first comment. This bag is excellent. It's deff a show stopper so if you hate attention stay away. Looks like a designer bag but with it being built by Saddleback you can trust itll take a beating. The goat skin liner is a game changer. Pricey yes, but I feel it's worth it.
