    5 minutes

There is absolutely no reason I should be impressed with a belt in only five minutes. But I am. I have four dress belts, three of them various shades of brown. The three brown ones just went into the trash. Full disclosure here, I already own four other saddleback products, but I ordered this belt after trying to figure out which ones i wanted. Once it arrived, I tried it on and was very happy with the look, the quality of the craftsmanship, not to mention the sizing of the belt and spacing of the holes. I like the way the edges are done so it slides on and off very smoothly. It really makes you wonder why other belt makers miss the bullseye by so wide a margin. I truly believe that this will be the last brown belt I will ever have. Next up, black.

    It is truly amazing!

It is so darn thick! Now my other belt looks really girly. I was hesitating between the Old-Bull and the Tow Belt, since their price is identical. But the Tow Belt is sold out my size, and this old bull is ONLY ONE PIECE of leather! Gee that is amazing! It may not look as professional as my other belts are. But it doesn't matter since I got my Dunhill for work. This one is my leisure use and will my only leisure use belt.

    Thsi thing is THICK!

My first reaction when putting this belt on was that I thought I had ordered the wrong size. This is because this belt has less "useless" leather at the end of it after the last hole. Dave actually explains this in the video, but I forgot about it. It turns out I picked the perfect size, as I'm always using the middle hole, so it's all good. The thickness of the leather is incredible. I don't doubt for a second that this thing would last a hundred years if properly taken care of. It's a little stiff in the beginning, but the more you use it, the more it starts to reshape and soften to fit your hip perfectly. What can I say? It's simply the best belt I've ever purchased and it looks great with jeans and even some chinos if you're into the casual/sporty look. Well worth the 94 dollars (I've spent more money on belts in the past that have long since broken apart). Btw, they also make for a great gift. In fact, I'll be picking up another belt this month for my brother who I think will appreciate the unmatched quality just as much as I am.

    Dave, You are killing me!!

Have to go online to sell my other unworn stuffs in order to purchase this Chestnut Old Bull Belt. Received days ago, this is one superior belt head and shoulders above any other belt ever used. It is just simply one word - quality, bar none. I found myself digging some other stuffs to sell again, why? Need to purchase the DCB one next! Oh my, Dave, you are absolutely killing me! :)) I believe I have been addicted to your stuff already. First got myself a Chestnut Large Satchel, then the Old Bul Belt, then the Big Wallet, now this. CALLING ALL SHRINKS! I NEED TO SEEK ADVICE!

    A Belt!

Just like every product from Saddleback Leather that I own, this item is beautiful, and it's obvious that it is extremely well crafted from top quality leather. As long as it doesn't stretch too much, this will probably be the last casual belt that I ever have to buy. I LOVE that Dave crafted the belt in a way that allows us to change the buckle, however, it is pretty difficult to take the screws off especially without scrapping the heck out of the leather in the front. What happens is, the part visible from the front that the screw screws into has no traction, so it just turns and turns. So, in order to get the screw off you have to use something like needle-nose pliers to grab the front part while you turn the screw in the back. This will inevitably scratch up the leather in the front. If this issue was fixed, this would be the perfect belt.
