They only had the darker leather tags available, but I bought it anyway to go with my new large leather tobacco briefcase. Worked really well and I love the contrast in colour. Even on the little things like this, they have ensured attention to detail and quality. Superb !!
Quality is amazing
There was no monogram that was ordered. Emailed customer service about the mistake, sent back the tag. Heard from customer service, but no correct tag has arrived. Must be CCP flu related problems. Oh well. Not out a lot of money. First bad experience out of over a dozen purchases. Good company imho, perhaps impaired like so many temporarily.

Even though the letter limit says 3 max, I was able to talk to the rep over the chat who were extremely happy and helpful and was able to add another letter to my tag. The tag itself is of great quality like the rest of Saddleback products.
