It's rare for a low-quality company to use full grain to make a leather backpack because it's so expensive. When I say \"Full Grain Leather\" I mean that it still has all of the tough, tightly woven fibers on the top of the hide.\u003c\/p\u003e---\u003ch2\u003eA Genuine Leather Backpack is Missing the Strength \u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003e Most companies shave off the scars and blemishes from the top of the hide (watch how they shave it here at minute 6:30) and shave off the strongest and best part of the hide (the grain) while doing it. They shave it down to genuine leather. They do it, so they don't have to cut around the marks and throw those pieces into the trash as we do. We throw away 25% of the hide. They don't throw hardly anything away. But since it still has leather, they can call it a genuine leather backpack. Any piece of leather on this backpack that gets pushed or pulled on is reinforced with hidden polyester strapping, a rivet, or both. Leather naturally stretches but those straps don't. Seams are the weakest point on almost any backpack. So our solution for that universal problem was to design our backpack with pieces so big, we don't have to use more than two or three of them. The fewer the pieces, the fewer the seams. FYI, a backpack made with a lot of little pieces sewn together makes it cheaper to produce because it saves leather in the cutting process, but it makes for a weak backpack. Soon he told her that he would lock her in the wheat room and would not let her out until she spun all of it into gold. The girl tried to tell the king she could not do it but the king told her to do it anyways. She cried and cried and cried until a curious talking pig, named Rumplepigskin, waddled up to her and said, \"I will spin that wheat into gold if you steal me some and let me eat it.\" The girl was very amazed at this ugly waddling talking pig and she told him she would. So that night she slept and when she woke up it was all gold! The king checked up on her and was amazed. He said, \"If you can spin wheat into gold then turn this large chunk of copper into diamonds.\" She became worried that the weird waddling pig would not be able to do that, but again she cried and cried and cried until Rumplpigskin showed up. He said,'' I will turn this into diamonds if you give me your firstborn son's name.\" So she agreed that she would do that and then Rumplpigskin farted on the copper and it turned into diamond. The next morning, the king came in and was super surprised that she did that and made her his wife. Next year they had a baby boy. The young queen forgot about her deal and went on a walk. She somehow felt drawn to the pigs so she went there and soon she was face to face with Rumplpigskin. He was very mad about his deal and said, \"You have tricked me so I will kill your son!\" Good thing the queen always carried her trusty knife with her and knew how to skin a pig.
