    Great But….

    Great bag. My only constant frustration with it is that it is impossible to open and close with one hand. This is a major design flaw since it is supposed to be a bag for moms. I live in Manhattan and attach it to the back of my stroller and I constantly find myself having to stop and open it with both hands. Frustrating for such an expensive bag and one supposedly designed with moms in mind.

    Seriously the best mom backpack

    I love the simplicity and functionality of this backpack. I love that it's lined so I can easily wipe away spilled messes. I'm a mom of 5 and I use this everywhere we go. When I get my occasional weekend away with my hubby or girlfriends, this is my overnight bag too. I seriously should get another one! Great design!

    Straps are PERFECT

    This backpack is a stunner! The newly redesigned straps are a gamechanger and make this bag absolutely perfect! Unisex, well made, pigskin lined, plenty of storage pockets, wonderful design, and still lightweight. I wouldn’t change a single thing about it. Best purchase ever! Great job on this one, girls! It’s a keeper!

    Well, I was mistaken ...

    I took one peek and repacked this, thinking it was too stiff and boxy for me. Called you guys to get return info going (thanks, Janene). Then, took one last look -- got more and more entranced ... pulled it out, gingerly, and started playing with it ... Revised opinion: LOVE IT. Not too big, good size for a laptop, love the SIMPLICITY of design ... no fussy pockets .... I have a number of Saddleback bags and know it will soften over time ... love the dark coffee, not quite black, but dark and smoky, with a sheen and color variations that make it truly wonderful

    Diaper bag for mama!

    I'm a first time mom and just love this bag! It holds everything I need and is easy to get into to. I get lots of compliments on it and will easily be able to use it as my baby ages.
